Conscious rejuvenation

Exercise is the conscious practice of life regeneration and structure reformation.

Against the grain of slipshod rebelling, rousing devious games, investments in the entertainment scene. It engineers interest and desire, where alone dull gravitational sloth, inadequate joy, accustomed ways and nostalgic littleness are.

Exercising is cleanly prearranged, a mosaic of deeds, combined to prompt a climb, an effort that reminds, of a deeper depth, bringing a new achievement that uplifts. Be it in accompaniment of sunlit skies, starlit air or under some brilliant roof.

Benefits include:

Psychological: better mood; reduced stress; increased satisfaction; more energy.

Physiological: prevents loss of bone & muscle; lowers BP; improves heart & lung function.

Bio-mechanical: improved flexibility of joints; reduces pains due to muscle weakness.

Exercise allows thought a relief from struggle and life to rise beyond idea into a gladness that aspires natively. Away from moods, where too much joy and happiness prolong the unease of exaggeration. Freeing from the orbit of sinking and alarm, sorrow and lethargy: dragging weary feet of life.

Exercise is activity, between the extremes of war horrors and pain quivers, an experience, thought can hardly conceive and speech impossibly create.

Exercise instills faith in self and in life, it makes conversant with what craves to survive, radiantly expressive, without shunning a taste of suffering or fleeing like birds in fall.

It allows contact with an invincible glow, the experience of original beauty, mixed closely with earthy tinges and the dare of hope.

It rejuvenates tissues visibly and makes dynamic with faultless spark-lines that run back to unambiguous existence in the heart of all; the radiating light of life embodied touching ground.
